Arnie is clearly one of the Creators. And given that in the earliest
stages of the FM event the quantum variable Baud was set at 150, it is
likely that Arnie has not and will never get the FM. Think of how many
books we can get out of the Tragedy of a Creator whose Creation
prevents him from ever getting the FM.
