RB> John,
RB> My recommendation is to KEEP ADVERTISING!

Until the large footed fellows come knocking on your door anyway.

RB> But without advertising the earn up to $2x,xxx a month.

Yeah, that bit did TEND to give the scam away just a tad.
And have a few TINY problems with the Trade Practices Act.
Funky stuff they call deceptive practices and things like that.
Even some of the major life insurance companys got very
comprehensively shafted by the TPC for doing stuff like that.

RB> This way, people who don't understand how this amount can
RB> be earnt, won't immediately and incorrectly think "scam".

The whole thing reeks of scam, even without that bit. A few tiny
details like why they hell they would be raising money in Aust,
to pay for advertising in the US media, for what purports to be
a form of phone order marketing operation. If you cant see that
thats because it improves the time for which they can pump the pockets
of the suckers before they find out whats going on, with the classic
Ponzi technique, you might like to buy this bridge I have for sale.

RB> This will get you less replies but the
RB> replies you do get will be worth answering.

Sure, the more deceptive you are in pushing a scam, the
more true that is. Corse it might well also be a real
problem when the large footed fellows come calling too.

RB> Considering that the fact still remains that EWI isn't illegal

Fraid so, classic pyramid marketing scheme, explicitly illegal in all states.

RB> or a scam etc. then no-one can stop you.

You watch Borgo, hope you can afford a lawyer. You'll need it.

RB> Graham Chesworth (Australian/N.Z. co-ordinator) and John Grant
RB> (a friend of Graham's and editor of the Money-Makers-Monthly
RB> magazine) had EWI analysed by the relevant Australian authorities,

Well, he claims he did. Bet the 'relevant Australian authorities'
didnt say that that 28K per month spiel was legal Dick.

RB> as well as comparing it to other legal business-opp's,
RB> MLM's, etc. The result was that nothing had to be changed!
RB> It is completely legal, moral, etc. in Australia.

Nope, and we will eventually see the Ponzi scheme fall over and
numerous people will end up with their arses in a sling. Fine by me.

RB> At least your ad is on topic! So go for it!

Technically thats encouraging illegal activity |-)
