I noticed that WinOS2 is always set up with a US keyboard layout under 
eCS 1.2. To change I even had to copy the corresponding kbd??.dll file 
from a Warp installation, it had not been copied on the hard disk when I 
installed eCS. Did I do something wrong when I installed eCS? In OS/2 
programs, I always had the correct keyboard.
