haha.. well, I told them I wanted to discontinue my internet cable service
and the woman on the phone said, "Oh... hold on a few minutes..".
 After several minutes the internet "guy" got on the line and
took care of it with no comment... I thought it was absolutely
unbelievable.. No one asked the typical, "Why?"  
Guess they knew I was a little pissed during earlier conversations

heh.. I think this company has no idea what they are doing - I think the
only reason things were going ok previously is because they did have one
fellow there when we first moved here who was actually knowledgable.. When
he left, they were "lost"   I couldn't believe it took
them 3 or 4 days or whatever it was, to get the system back up after they
crashed it when they changed everyone's ip address... So.. people reading
this in the states:  Avoid Adams Cable  :)
