This was US phone numbers.

Here's the settings:

(for the phone #)
Ask NewUser Home/Voice Phone  : Yes
Ask NewUser Data/Bus   Phone  : No
Use Forced Phone Format       : No
Forced Phone Format           : XXX-XXX-XXXX


(for the security checks)
Forced Password Change  (Calls) : 30
Ask for Date of Birth   (Calls) : 0 (was 7)
Ask for Phone Number    (Calls) : 0 (was 10)

Not sure what else you might need, but just ask.
