DV ->I've seen references here to 5.3. My latest is 5.2. Is 5.3 a free

Nope,  but it only costs around $70.00. It principally includes several
of the third party libraries as stock, like a mousing library,
graphics, and the Comix 3 RDD as the stock DBFCDX RDD. I think it also
includes FlexFile as an optional memo RDD.
