Change is needed, but the time or two that it has been attempted, it has been 
scuppered by arsewipes, who do their level best to kill it.

No, it has not, but I have seen a bunch of arsewipes scuttle any attempts to 
do that, they'ed be happier with fidonet dying to-morrow, than it being 
allowed to adapt to the changing world around them, and fidonet.
