Until there is a clear majority, wanting the same thing, there is bugger all 
anyone can do.

Doesn't help aa handfull of folks saying we want a chocolate cake, but one 
crowd want nuts on it, others want cream others want icing, and others want 
plain, a single chocolate cake, can be done one way or the other, but not all 
ways, all at once ... , round here that is called an "abortion" ...
