       Try something called "Plastic Wood". It comes in different wood hues 
and it's pretty strong. I've used it for that exact purpose before and it's 
still holding. Only problem is shoving it into the screw hole all the way 
down and making sure it's completely full.
       If you can't find it, super glue will work just fine.
