He doesnt live in Moscow.  Not even close.  If Anatoli has a second listing
in ¨Z2, it's the Z2 one that isnt appropriate .  His work does
have him move ¨often but it's along the eastern russia seaboard down in
Asia proper.

Vietnam through Korea and China.  Last email said he was just south or
Russia ¨so I'm guessing he was in China just then (Mongolia part?).

It's remotely possible some of his family have moved to Moscow but he grew
up ¨along the border Asia area.
