AZ> One more - you could buy an average house in Vancouver for AZ> about $800,000 or in Montreal for what? $300,000 ??? The analogies are getting out of hand. Come on, Alan.. you should know better than that. ;) Houses typically appreciate, and prices are swayed by many social/government/cultural factors. Whereas cars and computers usually depreciate. Maybe the only other analogy would be food, but there ain't no such thing as a meal for under $10 at a "restaurant"... that would be a fast food or selve-serve joint. ;) At a real restaurant you get served and you get a paid chef on-site. So.. they are not the same thing. --- Thunderbird 2.0.0.24 (Windows/20100228)* Origin: Fidonet Via Newsreader - http://www.easternstar.info (1:123/789.0) SEEN-BY: 3/0 633/267 640/954 712/0 313 550 620 848 953 @PATH: 123/789 500 261/38 712/848 633/267 |
