I've had the luxury of ignoring most worms and virus because of
the lack of W9x and long filenames. Probably a negative
attribute in the long run. I would be needlessly careless using
a newer OS. :-\

A hybrid setup such as yours, and mine, really needs to be kept
as a second system. When at work, a friend/relative's home, or
any location away from my keyboard I am frustrated by the lack
of my favorite modifications, the lack of response, and am
probably not being as cautious about what I do/don't do as I
need to be to keep a newer OS functioning.
