  I thought his reply to Paul was suss, once he was fingered, I would
expect a better explanation.  Remember,  this is the same person who feels
free to stir the pot by cross-posting personal netmail. What difference
would it make if he named names?

  Exactly, by rolling over and playing dead Bill has done AvTech a
disservice.  He may as well get the FG to go over the echo rules and make
any other changes he feels necessary.
