From the flyer:
"You can purchase Borland C++2.0 OS/2 at an upgrade price of L99.00,
that's a saveing of L300.00 off its recommended retail price".

(The L149 was the intro price for V1.0).

The Borland C++ 4.5 retail price is L349 (L50 LESS than the OS/2
version :-( ).
