Here's the default table from Telix:
             Start     IRQ
            Address    Line
A: COM1 ..... 3f8       4
B: COM2 ..... 2f8       3
C: COM3 ..... 3e8       4
D: COM4 ..... 2e8       3
AFAIK, the 1-4 even ports have always shared one IRQ and the odd
ports the other one.
