You'd be surprised how much Fido is looked down at by Internet folks. I 
rarely go into the newsgroups because I've found the crudest people there. 
You might find some guys starting arguments or cursing in Fido, however, the 
moderator has a lot of control and he can tone that down. I'm thankful to the 
Internet because I can find a lot of info on it AND the real bozos eventually 
find a permanent spot there.:-)
