Bromelain....it's from the pineapple. One of the best anti inflammatories.
Take about 3 500 mg a day ON AN EMPTY STOMACH...if you take it with food it
becomes a digestant. What kind of knee problems? Have you tried
Glucosamine? It helps built natural cartilage in joints...good stuff
I also like Pycnogenol. I have a knee problem from a car accident and when
it gets aching really badly I take some of that and the pain stops. Course
that just might be me but worth a try.
