I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, but A Time To Stand ends with a
cliffhanger of sorts, and the story is continued in Rocks and Shoals.
In effect, the end of last season/new season opener is 3 part story.
I can't say too much more, but the end of A Time To Stand is more of an
unresolved serious problem than a traditional emergency that we have to
wait until next week to see who died and who survives.
It's a very good episode, if you like space wars.  :-)
