I just rebooted from a crash like I have never seen before.  I was
reading mail in Thunderbird and looked at the keyboard to delete a
message and when I looked at the screen again it was totally black
execpt the top left corner had a capital E and the cursor flashing
behind it.  It would accept no keyboard input but CAD rebooted.  Chkdsk
ran on all drives and corrected some errors in Thunderbird files.  A
check of the popupos2.log showed no entries.

Anyone ever seen anything like this?
