 No, I'm not aware of that.
 I *am* aware that you are referring to equipment that is *specifically*
 designed to monitor those calls; this means that the equipment has to be
 specific equipment, made specifically for this action, and capable of little
 else.
 IOW, we are not talking about scanners, here, but monitoring / recording /
 analysis equipment meant specifically for monitoring those frequencies.
