Andy, no one is condeming anythibng/ For your information, i have read and
replieed to the previous messagea. the information came from the depatment
of economic securyith here in Arizona. As for the statement theat we would
be bebbeer served by a non progressive aagency such as va than no agency at
all, that is wroong. There are agencies outside the state which can serve
the blilnd and they are being used. Why do I say non progressive? This is
because they still don't teach people with the posibilith of visioh loss
Braille, and I still won't see any disabled people in the facilities here in
Arizonba and I koow people workingat ba here who are blind and their
activities on their job are restircted. They can do the whole job and there
are not permitted to do because they are not permitted to because they are
blind. If you would like further info rather ah than taking up space on this
echo I am including my e-mailiin this post or we can do it here. I don't
care. I agree that the va was the father of some ot the techniques, but not
nearly all, and I bare no bad fealings toward va for the fine work they habve
done, we are all greatful for it. However, like all things improvement can be
made. My e-mail is k7muf@primenet.com and i would like to hear more from
you if you have anything to contribute. I have been in and out of state
employment since 1962 and know hwat is happening arod this state. I'm not
trying to gibe you a bad time andy, but just trying to aquaint you whth
what's really going on and hope you can benefit from ti. Againi, who are you
calling the (TUCON DIRECTOR)? If he or she is from va It could be anyohe and
none of uswould know wh he or she is in the Tucson area. Time is almost
gones so I willssign off
              Lee
