NewView will not only view OS/2 *.INF but *.HLP files too.

Search for newview on hobbes and download the most current version. Do 
a full install. It will replace view.exe with more comfort and extend 
it to view *.hlp directly.

There are some *.hlp files around who are simply plain text. For them 
you would use either the system editor, EPM or another text editor of 
your choice.
