Title: Sticky Barbequed Wings

Yield: 36 servings
1 kg Chicken wings
1/2 c Liquid honey
1/2 c Soy sauce
5 lg Cloves of garlic
Preheat oven to 325
Tip wings and half. Place wings in roasting pan, cover, and cook in
oven for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, stir honey with soy
sauce and garlic. Once wings have cooked 30 minutes, drain fat. Then,
toss with honey mixture. Return to oven and continue to cook,
uncovered, for 1 1/4 hours, turning every 20 minutes. Wings are ready
when they are richly glazed and honey mixture is no longer liquid.
They will be dark in color and gooey. Serve immediately or at room

Title: Honey-Lime Wings

1 kg Chicken wings
1/4 c Liquid honey
2 tb Lime juice
Finely grated peel of 1 lime
1 cl Of garlic
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
Tip and half wings. Preheat broiler. Set a rack on a foil-lined baking
sheet or broiler pan. Place wings on rack, spacing 1/2 in apart.
Broil 3 inches from element for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown
and skin is crisp. Turn and continue to broil 8 to 10 more minutes,
or until golden brown and chicken is cooked. Meanwhile, stir
remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. When wings are cooked
toss in honey mixture. Serve, drizzling mixture over wings. Source:
