Assuming your secondary window is called SW_1, go to the click event for
the button and do one of the following...

window = VRLoadSecondary( "SW_1" )  /* for a modeless secondary window */

call VRLoadSecondary "SW_1", "Wait" /* for a modal
secondary window */

That will get the secondary window loaded. Check out chapter 15 in the
VXREXX Programmer's Guide and Reference or look up VRLoadSecondary in the
on-line docs for a more complete description.
