... yes, so it was (very past tense) with the 1.0 edition. About 1996/97 
IIRC, 8 years ago already.
I'm afraid your best bet would be to search for a second hand 1.5 (or 
the Windy counterpart). I can do without mine, but they are in Dutch, so 
of no use to you.
