I have the book, too.  To the best of my knowledge, Walt Disney was never 
called a Christian by anyone, but I could be wrong.  I think my position is 
close to the Apostle Paul's where he was able to eat food that was dedicated 
to foreign gods.  There's no doubt that Disney Company is worldly like many 
other large companies, but then there are probably a lot of Christians 
working in that company as well.  It's not perfect and does have
non-Christian elements.  If your spirit is strong enough and discerning 
enough, then you can take the good without the bad from things of the world. 
We live in the world, but are not of the world.  If you feel God is leading 
you to actively seek changes to the "Magic Kingdom" then do so.  I see 
nothing wrong with Christians working for Disney.  After all, many men of the 
Bible worked for secular bosses, Joseph to name one.  We all need to seek to 
influence the world, either actively in a mission field, or with our everyday 
lives on the job or on vacation!
