Ray,
I had a similar problem with my BEFSX41 router. I had to disable the
router firewall to get OS/2 to go outside.
I have no clue why this would be the case. I can't imagine, and didn't
see, any configuration that would prevent communications.
Perhaps you have a similar problem.
