Since I recently solved the email problem I had encountered with eCS 1.2 
in january, I have been experimenting with it some more, and have come 
across the following little things that I was unable to solve:
- It seems that it is not possible to install eCS 1.2 without IDE 
support even when IDE is disabled in system BIOS. Ok, it is easy to 
remove the driver from CONFIG.SYS.
- Even with my Swiss "locale" settings, the time on the Warpcenter is 
always in 12 hour am/pm display. I have not been able to change it to 24 
hour setting (as it is in Warp 4.5). Same is true for time displayed in 
FC/2 (year/month/day).
- When I change the system sound volume with "same volume for all 
sounds", there is no more sound for opening and closing animated windows 
afterwards. Calling up another scheme does not fix this. This also works 
in Warp.
This behaviour has been the same on all three systems I tried out the 
installation (2 SCSI and 1 IDE), so it seems to be eCS-related.
