I just learned this recently.  I guess it's time to stop putting off
buying the DevCon CD.

I don't write DD's or IFS's, but I do occasionally want to call some
parts of the 16bit API.  I think it's a bit unethical of Watcom to
advertise that they support 16bit OS/2 as a target platform when they
don't include the headers necessary for 16bit development.
