I will change soon the web page.

From PCB2HTM I only kept the format of the configuration files, so that
sysops would only have to erase PCB2HTM.EXE and replace it with
APCB2HTM.EXE, but as stated previously, APCB2HTM dont need PCB2HTM to
work, as it has all its features and more.

So let me know of your use of APCB2HTM, any new ideas, critics will be
welcomed.
