billion dollars away from NYC police.

In New York, jail is already a thing of the past. In California, state 
prisons are letting inmates out "to protect them from covid," but I see it as 
a slap in the face to crime victims, and a way to save money.

I wish this was all rubbish. My state is horrible, and these Democrat trends 
could lead to the destruction of the whole country if they get any more 
powerful.
