The DEC "Tulip" (Intel) 21040 is 10 Mbit Ethernet, the DEC
"Tulip" 
(Intel) 21140 is 100 Mbit Ethernet.  My understanding is the Device 
Driver is identical, just the actual Network Speed is different..
