Sorry but it just seems that anyone with a thinking brain would know that one 
of the reasons they ban MJ is becuase of it's drug effects.  Drug effects and 
driving...well..it doesn't take a college education to kinda figure out that 
MJ and driving might NOT be such a great idea.  What's next..doing a study on 
cocaine, heroin to see if they affect driving.  I mean, come on.....
