As am I!  Have a look at page 62 of the pdf.  Near the bottom of the 
page you'll see "Onboard PCI IDE Enable".  The choices are [Both] 
[Primary] [Secondary] [Disabled].   You want either 'both' or 'primary', 
depending on how IRQ starved you are. I'd suggest you select 'both'.  

Give that a try and let us know what you find.
