Robert Mcisaac le escribe a Peter Fitzsimmons: RM> First, there is a 3 millisecond interval in the which all RM> the data must be processed. The dos version uses an ISR RM> that takes over the cpu for less than 2 milliseconds. That's what put me off. I realize now that if you're just dawdling for those 2 ms waiting for the data, it is feasible. However, if this is CPU computation, you'll have to use a much faster machine, anyway (for OS/2), which solves the problem rather neatly. Exactly what kind of DOS machine are we talking about? 8088-4.77? 286-6? 386-40? loSmaH cha' --- timEd-B9* Origin: Until the People Come Home (1:283/120.1) SEEN-BY: 12/2442 620/243 624/50 632/348 640/820 690/660 711/409 410 413 430 SEEN-BY: 711/807 808 809 934 942 949 712/353 515 713/888 800/1 7877/2809 @PATH: 283/120 121 3615/50 229/2 12/2442 711/409 808 809 934 |
