Folks,

You probably noticed a breakdown in the last few days. For those of 
you who didn't know, there was a serious electrical outage in
northeastern North America last week, and through the weekend.
Toronto, Canada, was also affected, and since the computer hosting
the s.b.e. queue (as well as the talk.origins queue) resides in
Toronto, blammo! no newsgroup.

Power is now back up and we should be stable until the next power
outage, or when Dave "upgrades" his computer again.
