Shrug. So did some of the people the Vietnamese let go after the Vietnam
war in the "Hanoi Taxi".

UK & Canadian troops are dying/being wounded in Afghanistan now because
of 1/2 a job Bush.

That was then. No one seriously think the US is the same today. After all
"9-11 changed everything" including the US's liking for liberty,
the rule of law etc.
