Hi, Tom.
> IC> Desterm 3.00 is coming out soon with support for the Turbo232 at
> IC> 115200 bps. Look, Mom, no 16550 nor 16450, just a 6551! :-)
TR> Peachy! It does my heart good to hear *good* things about the ol'
TR> C-128! I'm glad Mr. Desmond is still cranking out the code.
We are glad too, and eager to get Desterm 3.00.
TR> Makes me want to go out and find an old C-128 and 1902A monitor or
TR> something, and play. A copy of CP/M+ 3.0, that QWK reader that runs
TR> under CP/M, a Turbo232, and my Courier, and we're all set for
TR> anything. :-)
Good idea! We're waiting for you in the CBM and CBM-128 echoes. Don't
forget to get Desterm, the C128 CP/M is limited to 2400 bps.
TR> I'm sure glad you Canadians are still so fond of lost causes, like
TR> the C-128! :-)
But the C128 is not a lost cause, it's a winner.
TR> BTW, I did look at Desterm 2.00, I think it was, back in '87 or
TR> '88. Might have been an earlier version.
Yes, should have been an earlier version. Desterm 2.00 was released in
1990.

TR> BTW, is this a C-128 program, a CP/M program, or what? First time
TR> I remember seeing it.
It's "that QWK reader that runs under CP/M".
See you in the CBM, CBM-128, CBM-GEOS and CPMTECH echoes.
