subject: Re: Suicides at Guantanamo an act of warfare?

From: "Mark"

Not at all Rich, the ACLU is perfectly free to defend anyone they want, and
I think they do good work on a variety of causes -- it's better though,
that they can't work for the Gitmo inmates since they remain out of their
reach.

If the Gitmo inmates want the full protection of our constitution, let them
fill out immigration forms in their cells, await approval (and they'll get
it eventually), then become citizens. After they swear their allegiance to
the US, then we'll talk about giving them pro bono representation, after
which we can send them to an American prison for life -- and get blown up
by them when they get out 7 years later.

I should explain, I think, that I'm a bit wound up because I've read of
some of the usual left-wing nutjobs calling Zarqawi's demise, murder.
