I haven't really kept up with all the nuances, but my sympathies are not
with the prisoners. I think, but am not sure, that we're waiting on the
Supreme Court to rule on whether military tribunals are kosher, if my
recollection is correct I feel quite sure that SCOTUS will find that they
are, then we can get a move on.
In the meantime, I think I understand that the countries of origin, of
these pleasant fellows currently vacationing in Gitmo with 3 squares and
urine free Korans, don't want a damn thing to do with them, so they're in
the Twilight Zone they deserve.
