Yes, just. They had it down to a fine art - enough time to clear the area,
not enough to defuse the bomb, secret keywords shared with the police to
make sure it wasn't treated as a hoax.

The damage, BTW, was enormous. I was in the town centre both the day before
and the day after (just got lucky, I guess), and the bomb basically took
out the heart of the shopping district.
