subject: Re: Suicides at Guantanamo an act of warfare?

From: "Rich Gauszka"

Try a realistic scenario. The current strategy to hold people aged from 14
to 71 without a trial and with no hope of one wasn't viable from the start.
One main problem was the selection criteria ( mostly lack of it ) used to
send individuals to Guantanimo resulting in a 14 year old prisoner. If
there is any proof they are terrorists then try them and be done with it.
This Bush/Cheney abuse of any form of justice is reprehensible.
