Your government seems to think the ones that blew up my uncle at the King
David Hotel are - it sends them $10 billion a year.

But terrorists have until now mostly been nationals fighting a national
cause.  Separatists like ETA, right-wing socialist groups like the Angry
Brigade and Bader-Meinhof, the IRA, etc.  All national groups.

Anyway, it looks like you have your own now.
