Hello Michael! 21 Jul 08 19:49, you wrote to me: RC>> We wont talk about the fact that Ritlabs no longer supports ARGUS RC>> and the guy whom was behind Radius and Taurus stormed out of RC>> Fidonet in a hissy fit over something he disagreed with Ward RC>> about. Taurus was developed by Alex Shakhaylo 2:461/700 I remember Alex played a role in Radius, and his Taurus development was out of differences he had with whom he was working with regarding Radius. I am very familiar with Alex and he was linked here for his mail, at least the English speaking echoes. MD> and MD> he really had some disagreements with Ward which were later removed. I MD> talked to Alex via ICQ after he left Fidonet. The reasons for leaving MD> Fidonet were personal and had absolutely no relation to Ward. So Ward MD> is not to be blamed here. :-) Oh gosh no, Ward wasnt being blamed.. I remember seeing Ward posting something in ENET.SYSOP, cant remember what it pertained to and then seeing Alex throw a fit and proclaiming his departure. If anything, perhaps it was merely the straw that broke the camels back, a convenient excuse to accompany all the other reasons Alex had.. We have seen sysops throw these fits, however unreasonable their positions, all too often. == Ross Fidonet Feeds Or Fidonet In Your Newsreader: http://www.easternstar.info E-mail: ross(at)cassell(dot)us | Blogs/Other Places: http://links.cassell.us ...
