No modem lights at all or just no receiving/sending data lights? When you 
connect to you ISP are you using PPP and Windows 95? If so, are you using the
built-in dial up networking? There are some minor changes that you can make 
if what is happening is like 1/2 way through a page it just stops... 
sometimes for a few minutes, then picks up normally. Kinda sputters... is 
that what's happening?
