As a non-native English user, you sure have a lot of funny ideas of how
English is supposed to work. The Brits take Tea, but they sure don't
take decisions. If you were in an English 101 class at a 5th grade level,
you wouldn't pass the first test. Funny that you think you know more about
it than a native speaker with a credential in English.
