Latest SMP version is for Warp v3 ONLY and comes with Advanced Server.  That 
is currently the only version with SMP (other than v2.11).
It should work with one cpu if not for no other reason than : What would 
happen if one (or more) cpu's quit so that only one was working the system 
must still work.  It would be reasonable for it to be somewhat slower.
