I don't know about in general, but in the Chicago area there seems to be a 
lot of Delphi work available. I've been looking at want ads recently and a 
lot of outfits are moving to Delphi. A couple of the interviews I've been on 
have been for jobs where Delphi C/S is being or about to be implemented as 
the primary language, and older systems being rewritten in it.
Not a bad market for a geek like me :-)
