Indeed, the fisrt cop actually brought his cutomized Honda
550 to the hospital and having recovered sufficiently by than
I took a look at it. My motorcycle a CB-450 Honda was a total out
job.

Second instance also a bike however a GS-Suzuki 550 CN
I'd had for nine years and overall the best machine from
a handling standpoint I'd ever owned. Very reliable.

Well my first 16 years on bikes were largely uneventlful.

JP> You have my best wishes.

No-one seems to believe the story about the lunatic cop but it's
entirely accurate. Some good and bad in every profession.
I really wish that kid cop had been riding with a partner as I don't
think the incident would have occured in that event.
Last Bike was a Yamaha GS-1100 Special, that's the one where the cop
didn't feel the need to fill out an accident report but instead something
he called an "incident report."
There was a couple grand damage to the new car and my bike was
again a total job leaving me no way to get to school, after the shock
wore off I became aware my spine was once again injured.
Saw that cop later working after duty at a grocery store as
security and upon his recognizing me I made a point of
mentioning my spinal surgery, Ron Zigler was the cops name.
The girl driving never so much as apologized though the passenger
did. I was grateful the passenger wasn't injured by my elbow
or broken glass from my elbow blasting through the passengers
window. I attempted to bus it to school after the last incident
but that being a 90 minute venture each way, school an 8 hour
day and my injuries... I lasted about a month doing that.
