AFAIK, RAMSA is just a marketing name for certain pro and semi-pro items, 
while
Technics is used for others, as well as high end consumer, and neither is a
division of Matsushita of which Panasonic is a USA corporate name as well as 

trade name for other lines, many not audio products.
